Hunting and Recreation Lease on a Nueces River Ranch.

Eagle Nest Ranch, Inc  - 2500 acres

Lease Pricing

Annual Lease  $110,000 (exclusive use)

Includes:

  • 24 - four day weekends – additional use can be arranged

  • 2 houses: Utilities Provided

       Restored Bunkhouse – sleeps 10 (in 2 bunk private enclosures)

       Historic Stone Morriss House - sleeps 7 (in 2 br 2 beds each, 1 br 3 beds)

  • Recreation: Swimming, fishing, and canoeing in Nueces River Headwaters; birding, hiking, tennis and photography

  • Guided Hunting – Harvest Quota - 8 Whitetail trophy bucks, 4 Whitetail cull bucks, 8 Axis trophy bucks, 10 Axis management bucks, 12 Whitetail does, 20 Axis does, 8 fall Turkey, 4 spring Turkey, 8 Barbados rams, and 4 Aoudad rams. (more can be arranged)

  • No Quota Game: hogs, bobcats, coyotes, Barbados ewes and Aoudad ewes

  • 10 Blinds with feeders

  • Up to 8 guns during hunting visits

  • Access limited to 2 best game pastures (approx. 1400 acres) during Thanksgiving and Easter

Additional Fees:

1 Experienced Hunting Host to oversee hunting, assigns, delivers and pick-up hunters from blinds      $150/day

Cleaning of Houses     $20/hour

Tending feeders and feed  (depends on lessee's decisions)

Additional services can also be arranged e.g. horseback riding, food purchasing, cooking, airport pickup, and broadband internet access

 

Annual Lease – nonexclusive use - $75,000

Includes: half of the exclusive annual lease (12 long weekends and half the animals) 
                Ranch will be shared with another company

                Ranch visits will be scheduled so that company visits do not overlap.
